We understand that some students may need to request schedule changes. Schedule changes during the first 10 days of school and second semester, will be limited and will only be made to correct errors such as a missing required course. Requests for elective changes, period swaps, or teacher preferences cannot be accommodated at this time. If you believe there is a required course missing, you may submit a request using this form. Our counseling team will review all submissions and follow up as needed. Changes may be granted for one of the following reasons: 1 - Duplicate courses 2 - A required course is missing 3 - Other: This option will only be considered with a written explanation in the space provided. *Intensive Reading: Students scoring a Level 1 on FAST ELA will have a Progress Monitoring Plan and be scheduled into a Reading course. There is not a waiver for removal. Please refer to Test History in myStudent. -This form will be sent to your school counselor for review. -All communication will be through a Communications message in the myStudent portal. -Complete in full and indicate the specific reason for the request.
