What happens next?
Once an administrator has examined your request, he/she will contact you with an approval or denial. Other items that may need to be completed include, but are not limited to: field trip packet, fundraiser packet, leaves/substitute request, application for use of facility/grounds, SRO request, or other considerations. Fundraisers are conditionally approved. Final approval comes after the Purchasing Department finalizes the contract(s).
